How to Setup Proxy in IDM:
Follow our instructions to Set-up Proxy in IDM (Internet Download Manager) with 100% proper or best way. Our effective and efficient instructions are:-
- Open the Internet Download Manager (IDM) program.
- Click on the "Options" icon from IDM Tool bar. After Click, will be appeared a Window.
- Now Press on "Proxy/Socks" Button.
- Check the box of "Use Proxy" and Import Proxy and Port respectively in the "Proxy Server Address" and Port places, as likes 127.0.0.1 and 8080 or as your required.
- Again Tick the "HTTP, HTTPS and FTP" boxes which are stayed under the "Use this Proxy for the Following Protocols".
- Then Click on "Advanced..." button for Advance Proxy Setting in IDM. Here also appears a new Window.
You can skip the Advanced Proxy Setting Step. This step is not essential for Proxy Setting in IDM. If you want to complete the Advanced Proxy Setting, go ahead for following instructions.
- Check the all boxes such as "Use HTTP Proxy, Use HTTPS Proxy and Use FTP Proxy"
- Then fill up the all Proxy and Port blanks. In these blanks, use those Proxy Address and Port which was used in the previous Step-04.
- OK and again hit on OK button.
